Material: Low Elasticity STS Wire

Features:

• Low Resonance: Made from domestically produced low elasticity stainless steel wire, characterized by low resonance and a bright finish that allows for even application of lubricants.
• Minimal Deformation: Produced with wire balance equipment, ensuring an error margin within ±0.1mm.
• Smooth Surface: Features chamfering (beveling) and precise barrel polishing for a uniform surface.
• Recommended Usage: Suitable for use with Cherry, Gateron, WS, and Designer stabilizers.

Notes:

• Tolerance: While produced within specified tolerances, the nature of thin steel wire may result in variations beyond the stated tolerance, which is not grounds for exchange or return.

2U Burr Removal:

For 6.25U / 7U wires, we use a machine to perform chamfering. However, for 2U wire is not possible. Therefore, we manually remove the burr diagonally to avoid contact with the inner side and side walls, then remove any protruding burrs and polish the surface. We apologize for not including this information in the product description in advance.

Straightness:

Stainless steel is an elastic material, and even after leveling, it can change significantly depending on temperature and environment. Especially for thin cores, it is difficult to maintain the produced state. Although balanced wire uses a low-elasticity material that has advantages in this regard, we regret that the thin core was not perfect. We will look for ways to improve this in the future.

Packaging:

The impact of packaging is minimal unless it is combined with other products and subjected to shock. While it would be good to improve based on domestic user feedback, it may be difficult to do so as the product is designed to be released at a price similar to Chinese-made products.

Exchange and Refund:

As for straightness, it's easy deformation as explained, and exchanges or refunds for this reason are not possible.
