With the launch of the website, we're opening our keyboard building services. From the past till present, we've limited our building services to customers requesting for it or for friends and family. 

We're taking this next step by offering it to fellow interested peeps looking to take the load of sourcing/building off your plate! We definitely encourage questions but it would be awesome if you have something already in mind. 

Below, we have an FAQ section to help you out with running through most of your questions. Should you have any additional queries, feel free to reach out! :)

Q: How do I place an order?

A: You will be able to use the messenger integration from the website to reach out to us!

Q: How long will my keyboard take to arrive after placing an order?

A: At the moment, we are plagued by delays due to COVID-19 and it's variants. Especially for all your orders, we freshly order all the components and will therefore need more time. ETAs should be about 3 to 4 weeks but definitely do check in with us before making your order. 

Q: Why does it take so long to prepare a keyboard?

A: A good portion of the time is mostly spent waiting for the parts to reach our hands. Usually switches and readily available components will be completed ASAP with most of the work being left to the assembly when the other components come in stock. We also need to take into consideration that the COVID situation is fluid and evolving thus need to be prepared for unforeseen circumstances. 

Q: I’m new to the keyboard scene, I don’t know what to get, how do I start?

A: Please do feel free to reach out to us and it will be great to have done some preliminary research so that the discussion can go on as smoothly as possible! We will be able to assist you step by step in any way you require assistance.

Q: What keyboards/keycaps do you offer at the moment?

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: At the moment, we do not offer such services but are definitely looking into it as a possibility!

Q: How long is the warranty?

A: We provide 1 year warranty for any of our custom built keyboards for any form of assembly or service defects. This does not cover wear and tear over time, accidental damage such as but not limited to cosmetic damage, water damage, drop or fall damage, collision damage inflicted by the user.
