HX40 is nspired by the famous portable computer called "EpsonHX-20".

The layout is in the reference of the original layout of HX-20 but shrunk down to a 40% but kept 6 number keys for user convenience.

The inclusion of the 6 num-row keys was done to help introduce more enthusiasts into the realm of 40% keyboards.
