Order Cancellation and Returns & Refund Policy

Please note that we cannot offer service or support to customers who did not purchase the product directly from us.

 

Cancellation

In-Stock Items: Cancellations are only allowed before tracking information is issued. Requests for cancellation after tracking has been issued will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Pre-Orders (PO): Cancellations are only allowed before tracking information is issued. Requests for cancellation after tracking has been issued will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Group Buys (GB): Cancellations are only permitted while the Group Buy is still ongoing or active. Once the GB has closed, cancellations will not be accepted. A 5% transaction fee will apply to all cancellations, with no exceptions.

 

Returns

We advise you to inspect all items upon receipt. If you find any issues, please report them within:

  • 2 days for in-stock items
  • 7 days for Group Buy and Pre-Order items

If your items arrive damaged, incomplete, or you receive incorrect items, please email us at hello@ktechs.store with your order number and detailed images of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement, shipment of the missing items, or a refund.

Any items that need to be returned must be sent back via a tracked service at the customer’s expense to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Items must be returned to us in its original packaging, with original tags/labels attached, new, sealed, and with no signs of usage (i.e. no stains, damages), containing all Items as originally sent, including all free gifts.

Switches, lubricants, and consumables are not eligible for returns and refunds.


Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the following cases:

  • Cancellation within the approved timeline
  • Defective products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect orders

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are refused or unclaimed and returned to us will not be automatically reshipped, canceled, or refunded unless specifically requested by the customer. Refunds for unclaimed packages will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Transaction & Restocking Fees

All refunds are subject to a 5% transaction fee, with no exceptions.

Additionally, refunds for in-stock and pre-order items after tracking has been issued will incur a 10% restocking fee.
