The PMO Aurora 80 Pro is designed to deliver a premium aluminium keyboard experience at an accessible price point. While the CNC aluminium case offers a refined finish and solid construction, the quality control standards may differ from those of more premium offerings. Customers have generally been happy with the quality of PMO/WOBkey's boards, but we believe it is important to communicate this prior to purchase.
In general, significant defects on visible surfaces will classify a board as B-stock. However, minor imperfections, small marks only visible under specific lighting angles, or small dents and blemishes on the underside of the case, keycaps, or switches that are only noticeable upon close inspection will not be considered QC issues.
The PMO Aurora 80 contains a battery and cannot be shipped internationally. International orders will be cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply.

The photos
Photos and renders are for illustration. The product you receive may differ in colour, texture and finish because of lighting, screen settings and photography. Colour differences are not defects and are not grounds for an exchange or refund.
What's normal
A-stock units have no external scratches or obvious marks once built. Internal marks that can't be seen once built, including hook marks, don't make a unit B-stock.
Screw holes may not be fully anodised or coated, small marks near the hole openings may be present.
Raw or thinly coated brass oxidises and may develop a patina naturally. Small blemishes and discolouration may be visible.
Plating marks from the hanging holes used in production may show inside the case. They are normal.
Before you build
Please check your kit before you build it. Once a kit has been assembled, appearance issues can no longer be claimed.
