Record a continuous video of a tweezer test showing every key registering on screen. If a defect exists, stop and contact support with the footage.

This helps ensure your hardware is perfect before the assembly starts.

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults found before the board is altered. Once soldering has started, we are unable to offer a replacement.
